Why Equality Matters?

Eşitliğe Değer (Equality Matters) is a social enterprise of AÇEV (the Mother-Child Education Foundation). For AÇEV the topic of gender is central to all of its programs as it works towards every child being happy, healthy, safe and learning. Recently, it has restructured its work focusing on gender with organizations under the social enterprise Eşitliğe Değer.

As Eşitliğe Değer we aim to promote gender equality in all areas of life. Our goal is to facilitate organizations to become more egalitarian by motivating their workers through trainings to take action. As our training content is easily applicable to daily life, we promote organizational workers to take action for equality not just where they work but also within their families and communities. Through our past work with companies in finance, advertising and automotive sectors, with holdings, sports clubs, textile firms, and universities, we have reached thousands of people in promoting equality.
